Problem


Note: Fluid Self Service is setup and student can see their application and the acceptance button in Fluid, but not in Classic via Student Services Center

So, we have one student that does not have the accept admission link or the admission letter available to the student.

There is the admission certificate for Fall 2021, but the one for Fall 2022 that was generated in August is not there.

Fluid set up.  Degree has been verified.  It is on the list of degrees in the fluid set up.  

Solution

Verify the application is attached to student

Check Common Attributes tied to Term Session Table.  Last Date to Show Application must be set.

Navigate to MM > Setup Sacr > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Term Session Table:

  1. Search by Career and Admit term
  2. Click on Common Attributes Tab
  3. Click + button - 
  4. Update Attribute to read "Last Date to Show Applications
  5. Choose Date - usually just after 10th day of class
  6. Click Save


Verify application displays by navigating to MM > Campus Community > Student Services Center
