When selecting an integration in Canvas (such as Zoom), the integration displays as blank/gray/looks to be constantly loading.


Firefox: Deactivate Enhanced Tracking Protection for Canvas and its associated integrations.

  1. Log in to
  2. Click the Shield Icon to the left of the address bar.
  3. Deactivate "Enhanced Tracking Protection" option.
  4. Reload the page.

Chrome: Deactivate third-party Cookie blocking

  1. Log in to
  2. Navigate to the integration where the issue is displayed.
  3. Click the Lock Icon to the left of the address bar.
  4. Click "Cookies" on the resulting menu.
  5. Click the "Blocked" tab.
  6. Click on the application link, such as
  7. Click "Allow" then "Done".
  8. Reload the page.
