How do I get a CougarCard?

WSU Vancouver students, faculty and staff can visit the Student Services Center (VSSC) to have a photo taken and get a card. They can be reached at 360-546-9779.

What is Cougar CASH?

Cougar CASH is a pre-paid purchase plan that offers a convenient, cashless way to pay for products and services at the café or The Bookie. There are no fees associated with Cougar CASH.

How do I add money to my card?

Adding money to your CougarCard is easy and online. You can deposit money to your own account or to someone else's account. Go to the CougarCard Deposit page and follow the instructions.

What do I do if my cars is lost or stolen?

Go online 24/7 to deactivate your CougarCard. You can also contact the CougarCard Center at 509-335-CARD (2273) during business hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or visit the Student Services Center (VSSC). A $15 charge is assessed for the replacement of a lost or stolen CougarCard. Previously lost CougarCards may be turned in for a $3 discount.
