How do I add a resource or location account (calendar) to Office 365 on the Web?

Answer:

  1. Login to email.wsu.edu with your WSU Network ID and password.
  2. Click the Calendar icon on the left navigation pane of your inbox to view a list of your calendars.
  3. Click Import Calendar and select From Directory.

  4. To search the Outlook Global Address List, type the name of the calendar you are looking for and click Add.
  5. The new calendar will layer itself in a different color on top of the current calendar(s) being displayed.
