How to Run a Self-service What-if Report

From the Advisee Student Center enter the student's ID# in the ID field and hit Search:

Select What-if Report from the drop-down menu and click the button:

Click on Create New Report:

Set the following fields from the drop-down menus:
Catalog Year (requirement term)
Academic Program
Academic Plan Type (additional major, honors, major or minor)
Area of Study (plan)
Concentration (sub-plan) if applicable

Click Submit Request

Adding additional fields to the report

Always select the primary program/plan/sub-plan on the first line and then add additional fields on the next lines:

Click Submit Request
