An account granted "Recommend" rights in the Bluecat Address Manager does not have permission to publish changes to DNS. Once changes are made. Once the recommended changes are saved, additional work is required apply them.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in as an account that is assigned a group admin role. These groups are granted "APPROVE" rights and have the capacity to apply recommended changes.
  2. If not already available, add the "Workflow Requests" widget to your home page
  3. Approve or reject relevant workflow requests.
  4. Delete the requests. Requests will remain in the Workflow request list until deleted, even after approval.
