  •  You have had a legal name change and need to update your Network ID 

Solution Customer Side

  • To request a NID rename you will have to call the Crimson Service Desk (509-335-4357 or 1800-608-3839) during business hours so they can process your request
    • Things to keep in mind when requesting a NID rename
      • Have you processed your name change with Payroll Services?
        • If not, please go to https://payroll.wsu.edu/name-change/ and fill out the Name Change Request Form
        • If so, you need to contact Crimson Service Desk (by phone) to process the NID rename
      • Does your new name show in MyWSU?
        • If not, your name change has not processed completely
      • If so, you need to contact the Crimson Service Desk (by phone) to process the NID rename
