The ID# must first be correctly formatted. It should be 9 digits long and begin with 0. To get a list of ID's correctly formatted in Excel first highlight all ID#'s you wish to use (Selecting the very top ID# and then holding the 'Ctrl+Shift' buttons and pressing the down arrow will highlight the entire column).

After the ID#s are highlighted right click on the selected area and click 'Format Cells…'

In the pop-up window select the 'Custom' Category and where it says 'Type' replace 'General' with nine 0s and click OK.




It should now look like this:


Now you are ready to copy and paste the IDs into the Dashboard filter.

From the Dashboard page click on the 'Page Options' icon at the top right of the screen.




Then click 'Edit Dashboard'



Next, on the Dashboard edit screen, hover over the top right portion of the analysis and click on the 'Properties' button, then select 'Edit Analysis.'





Go to the 'Criteria' page of your Analysis.



Select 'Filter' from the Person ID field.



Then, click on the search binocular button.




Next, click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the 'Select Values' box.



Now you can paste a list of IDs into the Edit box. It will automatically remove duplicates after you click OK.
