We have some exciting news to share about a new initiative. In order to better support remote and hybrid work, and in collaboration with our campus partners, ITS is working closely with Zoom to begin migrating our current Cisco Phone System to Zoom Phone.
We anticipate that many members of our community will opt to utilize Zoom's virtual phone features via their computer or mobile device app rather than relying on physical desk phones.
We understand that transitioning to Zoom Phone represents a significant change from our current telecommunications system, and we are here to provide support. If you have any questions or concerns during the transition, please don't hesitate to contact us by emailing zoom.support@wsu.edu.
