Maintenance Notification: Confluence will be unavailable from Friday, September 29th, 8:00 PM until Sunday, October 1st, 2023 08:00 AM for required maintenance.

Issue:

Housing contract needs to be updated with the correct parent Friend ID (FID)

Solution:

Users can only edit parent or guardian Friend IDs after they have completed all sections of the application. If they have not completed all sections of the application, they will gain access after they reach the last step of the application. If they have completed everything except parent consent, follow the steps below:

Most importantly - parent will need to access using https://livingat.wsu.edu/reshall, not the “My Account” link on the Housing site. 


  1. The student logs in at https://livingat.wsu.edu/reshall
  2. After log in the student can review their Housing Application.  Once they are in the application -> View Under Age Contract Information.
  3. Click “Edit Parent’s or Guardian’s Email Address”.
  4. Enter/update Friend ID email and save it.


If the application is already submitted:

  1. Enter application after login.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom on the next page, and click “Edit Parent’s and Guardian’s Email Address”.
  3. Next two steps are the same as the un-submitted cases.


Most importantly - parent will need to access using https://livingat.wsu.edu/reshall, not the “My Account” link on the Housing site.
