Guest Access

The Windows 11 Guest account is enabled on all WSUTC Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Windows Computer labs (CIC219,FLO145).

Features

• Instant login
• No Username/Password required
• Website history/bookmarks/auto-fill are reset on logout
• Anyone can use the Classroom PC
• All software on the PC is available in the Guest account

Drawbacks

• All locally saved documents are purged from the Guest account on logout
• No "Run-As" functionality in the Guest account
• Can only print from WSUTC WebPrint: tricities.wsu.edu/print
