WSU Tri-Cities On-Phone Forwarding

• Select the CFWD soft-button

Enter your phone number as:

• 91(area code)#######
• Phone may beep several times

• Select Dial to complete setup

• Select the -CFWD soft button

• Select the Forward soft button

Using the directional arrows and center button or Select soft button, choose the forwarding method:

• Always - All calls will be redirected to the entered phone number
• No Answer - Calls will be redirected instead of going to Voicemail
• Busy - Calls will be redirected if Do Not Disturb is selected or a call is in progress

Enter the desired phone number as:

• 91(area code)#######
• Select Enable

To Disable or Change Forwarding settings:

• Select the Forward soft button

Using the directional arrows and center button or Select soft button:

• Select the forwarding method that was enabled

To edit the forwarding number:

• Use the << soft button to remove the old phone number
• Enter a new phone number as :91(area code)#######
• Press the Back soft button

To Remove forwarding:

• Select the Disable button
