Issue:

If you've recorded a presentation or guest speaker in a Zoom session and want to use that recording in later semesters, you can download the recording and upload it to Panopto in either Canvas or Blackboard.
In the Zoom tool in Blackboard and Canvas, downloading recordings disabled to prevent students downloading the recordings (for FERPA privacy & WSU copyright rules).

NOTE: Be sure you don't post recordings that include sensitive information or copyrighted materials, and that you’ve removed students from recordings to comply with FERPA privacy rules. See this FAQ for guidance on FERPA and recordings.

Navigate to your My Folder where the video is shared and click the checkbox to select it.
Then insert the video and save the content item.
