Standard HD (720p)
- Receiving 720p: 1.8Mbps minimum
- Sending 720p: 2.6Mbps minimum
Full HD (1080p)
- Receiving 1080p: 3.0Mbps minimum
- Sending 1080p: 3.8Mbps minimum

- i7 Quad Core (physical core) CPU or higher for best result
- 720p or higher capable webcam

Zoom Profile Settings
The Group HD video settings should be enabled by default for all WSU Zoom accounts, but personal settings can be verified by following these steps.
- Open your Zoom profile settings via https://wsu.zoom.us/profile/setting in your web browser
- Enable Group HD video within the In Meeting (Advanced) section, if it is not enabled already
- Enable Standard HD (720p) or Full HD (1080p)
Zoom Application Settings
In the installed Zoom application open the Settings found by clicking on your profile picture in the top right of the client.
- Select Video from the section listed on the left side, and make sure HD is selected under Camera
In Meeting Settings
For the best quality video use these options during a Zoom meeting.
- The meeting window is Full-screen
- View mode: Active Speaker
- If attempting 1080p quality do not use the Virtual Background feature.
