Issue:
My search screen has a purple box highlight and screen views are displaying in a left justified, plain format. How do I get the normal fluid view back?

Resolution:
1. Sign into myWSU
2. Click on My Preferences tile under Homepage
3. Click on General Preferences and the || to minimize menu bar.
4. Update Accessibility Features under General Options to read "Accessibility features off"
5. Click Save button
6. Sign out and sign back into myWSU
Likewise to Turn Accessibility Features On - Choose "Use standard layout mode" or "Use accessible layout mode" for a left justified, plain text view. These are usually used by screen readers software and systems.
