WSU Vancouver students, faculty and staff can visit the Student Services=
Center (VSSC) to have a photo taken and get a card. They can be reached at=

Cougar CASH is a pre-paid purchase plan that offers a convenient, cashle= ss way to pay for products and services at the caf=C3=A9 or The Bookie. The= re are no fees associated with Cougar CASH.
Adding money to your CougarCard is easy and online. You can deposit mone= y to your own account or to someone else's account. Go to the = span>CougarCard Deposit page and follow the inst= ructions.
Go online 24/7 to deactivate your CougarCard<= /span>. You can also contact the CougarCard Center at 509-335-CARD (2273) d= uring business hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or visit the Stu= dent Services Center (VSSC). A $15 charge is assessed for the replacement o= f a lost or stolen CougarCard. Previously lost CougarCards may be turned in= for a $3 discount.
