In order to reset your password, please navigate to account.wsu.edu and select "Need Help Signing In?" then "Forgot Password?".Unlock account". This will have you enter your WSU Network ID (Your email address without the "@wsu.edu") and then select some form of MultiFactor Verification. Once verified, OKTA will ask you to set up your new password.
