Please be aware that due to an increase in malicious cyber activity, it is now mandatory for us the Crimson Service Desk to visually verify your identity before processing any account changes. These changes include password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) modifications, updates to personal email addresses or phone numbers, and NID renames. This step ensures we can securely verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
