- For WSU staff and faculty who cannot or do not wish to use Text Message, Voice Call, or Okta App on a phone or tablet for Mutli-Factor Authentication, they may contact their department regarding purchasing a U2F USB Security Key for the user's Multi-Factor Authentication needs.
