Issue:
The "high volume" page is blocking me from accessing myWSU.
Solution:
This queue will meter the number of people allowed to access myWSU in an effort to keep the system from becoming overloaded during high usage times such as during semester start up or daily COVID attestations. When the connection threshold is reached, users will be directed to a “busy” page explaining the issue. The busy page will automatically redirect the users back to myWSU every two minutes to see if space has become available for access. Once a user has successfully accessed myWSU, they will not be interrupted unless they logout or their session times out. To access myWSU, please remain on this page and you will be routed once an opening is available.
