When someone is a watcher and they aren't notified when the issue is updated, use this guide to solve the problem.

Modify the person's notification settings

Follow the attached guide to modify user settings so that users may receive emails when they are watchers on an issue.

Steps

Step 1: Left click on profile icon in top right corner.

Step 2: Left click on "Profile."

Step 3: Left click on "Edit" on field "Preferences."

Step 4: Left click on "My Changes."
