Answer:

Add a Resource/Location Account to Outlook for Mac (Older Versions/Legacy Outlook):

1. Open the Outlook desktop app on your Mac device.
2. Click the Calendar icon on the lower-left corner to your view your calendar.
   
3. Click Open Shared Calendar at the top ribbon.
   
   
   
4. In the Open Calendar... box, type the name of the account you want to add. Click on the account to highlight it and click Open.
   
   
   
5. If prompted to login, enter your whole WSU email address and password.
   
   
   
6. Click Allow to allow the AutoDiscover Server to configure the settings on your account.
   
   
   
7. The shared calendar events will then appear with your own calendar events.
   1. To hide the calendar entries for the shared calendar, uncheck the box next to the shared calendar on the left.
      

Add a Resource/Location Account to Outlook for Mac (New Outlook):

1. Open the Outlook desktop app on your Mac device.
2. Click the Calendar icon on the left navigation pane to your view your calendar.
   
   
   
3. Click +Add Calendar then click Add Shared Calendar...
   
   
   
4. In the Open Calendar... box, type the name of the account you want to add. Click on the account to highlight it and click Open.
   
   
   
5. If prompted to login, enter your whole WSU email address and password.
6. The shared calendar events will then appear with your own calendar events.
