Students, staff, and faculty will maintain access to Microsoft 365 applications through WSU’s license when actively employed by or actively attending the university.
When students, staff, and faculty leave or separate from WSU due to graduation, expulsion, termination, or any other reason that causes them to no longer be actively affiliated with the university, access to email and other Microsoft 365 applications will be removed.
The following table lists all Office 365 access changes based on roles at WSU:

| Former Students (Alumni) | Students that are no longer enrolled at or attending WSU due to graduation, expulsion, or other similar circumstances. | Former students, except students who were also employees will remain retain email access until 400 days after the final day of the most recent semester completed. After that point, their access and data will be removed. | Former students, except students who were also employees, will receive Microsoft 365 services for approximately 400 days after the final day of the most recent semester completed.
