Please contact your Jira administrator kal.howell@wsu.edu for assistance adding or updating service desk email channel. 


Add email channel 

Click on Create Channel

Input address, password, and select request type

Update existing email channel or reauthorize after a password change

note: make sure to reach out to administrator before you update any passwords for accounts being used with Jira service desk.
