Issue:

How do I schedule a recurring meeting in Zoom

Solution:

  1. Go to https://wsu.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming

  2. Click  Schedule a Meeting:

  3. Name the meeting and select Recurring Meeting for the duration needed.

  4. Next, choose the desired recurring frequency.
    No Fixed Time will work great as well if the option you want is not available. The No Fixed Time option is only available via the Zoom web portal, not in the Zoom app.

  5. Click Save.

If the recurring meeting is scheduled in Microsoft Outlook, it is always recommended to verify the Zoom Meeting matches the desired settings via the Zoom web portal:

Note: We do not recommend using your Personal Meeting Link, or PMI for recurring meetings. Personal Meeting links, or PMI, should only be used for impromptu or ad-hoc meetings.
