McGraw Hill is consolidating their suite of integrations into a universal integration named “McGraw Hill integration”.
WSU Canvas currently hosts three McGraw Hill LTIA (LTI 1.3) integrations: “McGraw Hill Connect LTIA”, “McGraw Hill Go LTIA”, and “McGraw Hill SIMNet LTIA”.
Change Summary
A summary of changes and impacts is as follows:
- “McGraw Hill Connect LTIA” will be renamed “McGraw Hill Integration”. This will not impact current users, only the name change will be evident.
“McGraw Hill Connect LTIA” tool users will use the “McGraw Hill Integration” tool going forward. - "McGraw Hill Connect LTI 1.1" will be depreciated at the end of the Fall 2025 term and removed from Canvas.
“McGraw Hill Connect LTI 1.1” tool users will use the “McGraw Hill Integration” tool going forward. - “McGraw Hill Go LTIA” will be depreciated and deactivated in Canvas.
The “McGraw Hill Go LTIA” tool is not active in a current courses so no current courses will be impacted.
“McGraw Hill Go LTIA” tool users will need to use the “McGraw Hill Integration” tool going forward. - “McGraw Hill SIMNet LTIA” is on the roadmap to be migrated to the “McGraw Hill Integration” tool, but this is not scheduled.
McGraw Hill support are developing an automated solution to address specific requirements of the “McGraw Hill SIMNet LTIA” tool and will communicate in advance of the change.
This change date is TBD.
