1) Open your Adobe Illustrator file

2.) Before you export your file as a PDF click Edit.

3.) Click Color Settings


4.) Make sure your CMYK is U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2

5) Go to File

6) Click on Save As or Shift+Ctrl+S

7) Choose the location you want to save your file


8) Enter your file name 

9) Click the down arrow on Save as Type: Adobe PDF (*.PDF) and then click Save

10) Change Adobe PDF Preset: Press Quality

11) Uncheck all boxes in the Options area

12) Click Save PDF
