1) Open your Adobe InDesign file

2) Before you export your file as a PDF click Edit.

3) Click Color Settings


4) Make sure your CMYK is U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2

5) Go to File

6) Click Export or Ctrl+E

7) Choose the location you want to save your file

8) Enter your file name

9) Click the down arrow on Save as Type: Adobe PDF (Print) and then click Save

10) Change Adobe PDF Preset: Press Quality

11) Uncheck all boxes in the Options and Include area

12) Click Export
