There are various reasons you might need or want to receive emergency notifications from WSU campuses other than your primary one. By default, WSU automatically enrolls active students and employees in the Everbridge system to receive notifications for their primary campus. With this opt-out approach, WSU users can unsubscribe at any time.

If you are enrolled in WSU’s Everbridge system and wish to receive emergency notifications from additional WSU campuses, please follow the instructions below.

Manage your additional Campus Signups:

  1. Select the link for your primary campus from the list below.
    1. Pullman
    2. Everett
    3. Spokane
    4. Tri-Cities
    5. Vancouver
    6. Extensions
      1. NOTE: If you are an employee at an Extension you will be defaulted into Pullman. Please attempt to sign into Pullman and then Sign Up using the steps below for getting added to the Extensions Organization. 

  2. In the upper-left corner of the page, confirm that you selected the correct campus. If the campus is correct, select “Sign in with SSO credentials.” If you are not already signed in to your WSU account in your browser, you may be redirected to the WSU login page.

  3. Click “My Information (Edit)”

  4. Select the additional campus(es) that you would like to receive notices from:

  5. After you have selected the additional campus(es) that you would like to receive notices from, click Save. 

  6. Please Note: Once you complete the steps above, WSU’s Everbridge system will add you to the additional campus(es) during the next batch run. Batch runs occur once a week day. After that is complete, you can log into the additional campus(es) via the links above and following the same process as logging in to your primary campus. WSU does not transfer contact methods associated with your primary campus to other campuses; you are responsible for managing this information separately for each campus.
