Everbridge Auto Enrollment:
Everbridge is used for emergency event notices at Washington State University Campuses. Historically this has been an Opt In process by which WSU students and employees were prompted by MyWSU to sign up for notices. We are shifting to an Opt Out model where all Students and Employees will be loaded into Everbridge and can choose to Opt Out.
WSU will be loading known WSU E-mail address and Business Phone fields based on MyWSU and Workday data for students and employees. In this model all known students and employees will be enrolled in Everbridge for emergency notices. Students will be loaded after Census is completed for the semester. Employees will also be loaded at census but may occur more frequently.
If you would like to reprioritize, add, update, or delete additional contact methods such as SMS, cell phone, personal emails, or even a parent’s phone please follow the following steps:
- Select the link for your campus from the list below.
- Pullman
- Everett
- Spokane
- Tri-Cities
- Vancouver
- Extensions
- NOTE: If you are an employee at an Extension you will be defaulted into Pullman. Please attempt to sign into Pullman and then follow the steps in WSU How To Sign Up For Additional WSU Campus's Notices to enroll for notices in the Extension Organization.
You will be able to identify the upper left-hand corner of the screen the campus. After ensuring you are looking at the correct campus you can click on “Sign in with SSO credentials”. Doing so will take you to the OKTA login page if you are not already logged into OKTA on your browser.

Click “My Profile (Edit)”
