Instructions

  1. Click the Start Menu and select Settings.

  2. In Settings, choose Network & Internet.

  3. Make sure Wi‑Fi is selected on the left-hand menu.

  4. From the list of available networks, double-click WSU Wireless.

  5. Click the Connect button.

  6. When prompted, enter your Network ID (NID) in the Username field.

    • Your NID is the first part of your WSU email address. For example, Butch.Cougar@wsu.edu has the NID butch.cougar.

  7. Enter your NID password in the Password field, the same password used to sign into MyWSU and WSU email.

  8. If a “Continue Connecting” box appears, select Connect.

  9. After a successful connection, WSU Wireless will display as Connected.
