Issue/Problem

  •  This document is designed to help Friend ID User (FID's) to navigate the Fluid pages to view their student's information

Solution

  • Log into https://my.wsu.edu
  •  Your password would have been generated when you accepted the Invitation from WSU.  The invitation was the result of your student allowing you access and requesting the permission be allowed for you.
  • Once you have logged in this is your page.
  • Using the Third Party Access Tile
  • Select the "Access Student Shared Information" link, this landing page will list the student(s) for which you have been allowed access. Selecting the appropriate student will pass you to the links page.
  • On this page select the option you have interest in viewing.  Be sure that you have "Pop-UP's " allowed on your browser.

  • I chose Class History, this will allow viewing of Mid-Term Grades and Final Grades, Unit and Status. Be sure to have Pop-Up enabled, the pages will open in a new static page.

  • This page was a pop-up or new viewing window, to Navigate Back go to the Third Access Info window

  • The User can navigate to any page for which they are authorized

    The Plus Loan link will take you to the loan if the student has authorized the Third Party to have Access or if there is no Plus Awarded, this will be the message
