Background
It is not uncommon for browsers to be the source of logon issues, and need to be completely reset, due to a corrupt webpage getting stuck in the browser.
Solution
Chrome-
1) Ctrl+H will pull up the History information
2) Push the "Clear browsing data" button
3) Select the time frame "beginning of time"
4) Push "clear browsing data" and wait for it to complete
5) Restart Chrome
FireFox-FF (Mozilla)
1) Firefox Tab -> Tools -> Clear Recent History
2) Time range to clear: Everything
3) Check Boxes -> Cookies, Cache
OR
1) Tools → Options → Privacy & Security → Clear Recent History
2) Time range to clear: Everything
3) Check boxes → Cookies, Cache
4) Clear Now
5) Options → Privacy & Security → Cached Web Content →click Clear Now Button
6) Site Data → Click Clear All data
5) Close all browser windows, then re-start the browser
Internet Explorer-IE (Microsoft)
1) Tools -> Delete Browsing History
2) Check Boxes -> Cookies, Temporary Internet Files
3) UnCheck -> ("Preserve Favorites")
4) Delete
5) Close all browser windows, then re-start the browser
How to delete history in Safari manually:
Launch Safari.
Click the History tab, in the top menu.
Select “Clear History and Website Data…”
Choose the time range (most likely “all history”) that you wish to clear.
Click “Clear History.” Done.
