Issue:

Applicant can't see their application in Fluid.  However application is visible under MM > Campus Community > Student Services Center. 

Add the new degree & program to the Admissions Fluid tile via Fluid Applicant SS Setup, if Grad Career.  If programs not declared at all, see troubleshooting note at end of article. 


Solution:
**Note: Term & Career has already been copied.  Navigate to the following pages:



Enter the Admit Term & Career.  Click on the search button. 

Click on the last term created. (example 2217)

Use the Find tool to verify program is missing:

If program is not found, the following message will be seen:


Click on the + button to add a new row. 

Sequence Number and Status should auto populate. 

Complete Valid Notification Plans, Valid Admit Types, Valid Application Centers & the Program:



Click Display Options tab:

Set Time Period for Application Display

Display Decisions

& add Display for Program Action Rows. 

Click on Additional Options Tab

Complete Entries to mirror the following:

Click on the Self Service Requests Tab

Complete entries as follows

Click on Save.

Applications should show in real time. 

Troubleshooting Note: 

If application is not showing and specific programs are not declared at all (Most UGRD on PULLM, VANCO & TRICI), like the screen shot below:

Then DO NOT add the program.  Instead delete the blank program row by clicking the minus (see #1) and then click Save (see #2).  There could be a space or data fragment in row.  Deleting the row should clear the issue an allow all applications under that career, Notification Plan(s), Admit Type(s), and App Ctr(s) to be visible.
