Step 1. Open any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome) and browse to ‘https://staffvpn.it.wsu.edu’

Step 2. Log in with your WSU Network ID and password (same as the log in you use to log into your computer) 

Step 3. Select your version, for most users Windows 64bit will be the correct choice. Please reach out to FAIS or your local IT team if assistance is needed. Image Removed

Step 4. Once the file is downloaded, double click on it to run it (You may need your IT’s admin password to install the software).

Step 8. Enter the same address and credentials as before Image Removed

Step 9. Click Connect the icon should change and look like this: 

Step 10. You may now open a web browser and browse to https://payroll.sharepoint.wsu.edu. It will prompt you for your credentials. Enter the same Network ID and password as you have for the others. You will see the home page and you should see only the library you are assigned to.Image Removed

Step 11. When you are done, right click on the same icon and select disable. Please note: when using a VPN connection connections to other sites may not function correctly if you do not disconnect from this VPN when done. Image Removed

Step 12. Once setup is compete the only step needed to connect to the VPN and then SharePoint is to right click on the GlobalProtect VPN icon in your task tray, click enable, and then browse to the SharePoint site and log in. Image Removed
