Can I view a resource or location account on my Mac in Outlook?

Add a Resource/Location Account to Outlook for Mac (Older Versions/Legacy Outlook):

- Click the Calendar icon on the lower-left corner to your view your calendar.
- Click Open Shared Calendar at the top ribbon.

Add a Resource/Location Account to Outlook for Mac (New Outlook):
- Open the Outlook desktop app on your Mac device.
- Click the Calendar icon on the left navigation pane to your view your calendar.
- Click +Add Calendar then click Add Shared Calendar...
- In the Open Calendar... box, type the name of the account you want to add. Click on the account to highlight it and click Open.
- If prompted to login, enter your whole WSU email address and password.
- The shared calendar events will then appear with your own calendar events.
- To hide the calendar entries for the shared calendar, uncheck the box next to the shared calendar on the left Calendar menu.
