Zoom: Attend a Zoom Meeting from a Polycom Classroom/Conference Room

This article will teach you how to attend a Zoom meeting from a Polycom equipped Vancouver classroom or conference room.
You can, of course, attend a Zoom meeting from your desk, but if you want to attend a Zoom meeting from a Polycom equipped classroom or conference room in Vancouver, you can do that as well. You can use the built in camera and microphones that you’ve always used for videoconference meetings.
This is a useful option of you want multiple people from the same site to be in the same room together.

You will need the Zoom meeting ID number from the Zoom meeting invitation you should have sent or received for the meeting. It’s usually a 9 digit number.

Below are instructions on how to dial into a Zoom meeting using the Polycom remote control. 
These instructions are for the WSU Vancouver campus ONLY. Other sites may have different instructions.

To join a Zoom meeting from a Polycom conference room system:
    1. Using the silver Polycom remote control, select the shortcut at the top of the screen that says "Join Zoom Meeting"
    2. Press the "#" key on the Polycom Remote
    3. Enter your Zoom meeting ID (usually 9 digits)
    4. Press the "#" key on the Polycom Remote again to connect
