There are two ways for WSU Spokane faculty and staff to check their office voicemail from another phone. 

  1. The first and quickest way is to call 509-358-7535. It prompts you for your phone ID. Enter your 5-digit number and press #. Then enter your pin number and press #. 
  2. The second way is to call your office number, 509-XXX-XXXX, wait until the voicemail message comes on and press *. Then enter your 5 digit phone ID and press# and then your pin number and press #. Then follow the prompts to check your voicemail. 

DURING A MESSAGE YOU MAY PRESS:  

1 - Skip Back a few seconds; 1,1 - Skips back to the beginning of the message 

2 - Pauses the message, 2 - Resumes the message

3 - Fast Forwards to end of message 

4 - Play Slower; 6 - Play Faster 

7 - Volume Lower; 9 - Volume Higher

8 - Reply 

8,2 - Reply to All 

8,8 - Call the Sender
