1) Log in to www.email.wsu.edu

2) To ensure the message(s) are not misplaced, perform a search using key words

    a) Enter the key words from the subject or body of the message where it says "
Search Entire Mailbox" and hit 
Enter

3) To Recover Deleted Email

    a) Right-click the "
Deleted Items" folder in the Navigation Pane

    b) Click "
Recover Deleted Items"

    c) Select the item you want to recover by clicking it in the Recover Deleted Items list

        i) Alternately, you can search by entering key words in the search box

    d) Click the Recover Selected Items icon (an "envelope" with a curved arrow above the search box) to recover the item

If the mail is not present in any folder it is likely that an application has deleted your messages. This can be caused by malfunctioning Anti-virus clients, devices such as smart phones synced with mailboxes, or someone who has compromised your account.
