As an instructor, how can I review student submissions and grades if they have withdrawn or dropped my course?
Please contact Academic Outreach and Innovation (AOI) at 509-335-4320 or firstname.lastname@example.org to re-enroll the student.
Once a student drops or withdraws from a course, they are deleted from that course in Canvas. The student would need to be re-enrolled in the course space for an instructor to see any information on that student. Canvas administrators can manually re-enroll the student to provide the instructor the information needed. Once the instructor has gathered all of the required information, Canvas administrators need to be notified and they can manually remove the student at that time.
